Danny Wilson - Team Leader

Danny Wilson is a licensed realtor as well as the Owner/Team leader of Home Action Team. Danny grew up with a strong background in homebuilding working for his father’s home building business in New Mexico. Danny developed his talents for sales and customer service in the floor covering manufacturing industry for several years. In 1999 Danny became a licensed realtor in Austin and has specialized in new home sales. He has worked closely with many of the major home builders in the Austin area assisting with marketing, sales and specialized programs to help clients transition from their current home to a new home. When Danny started his team he understood the importance of surrounding himself with the best associates in the industry and is proud to have built a team consisting of a highly specialized marketing coordinator, client coordinator, contract coordinator, data base manager, real estate systems consultant, and buyers’ representative. He feels that having associates specializing in each area within the company offers our clientele first-class service. Not only does Danny act as team leader, he directly oversees the listing department and works closely with builders’ to develop successful marketing strategies to enhance their number of sales in the market place. As a result of this highly specialized team he is one of the top producing agents with Keller Williams and his team is one of the top producing teams in the Southwest market center. In his spare time, Danny loves the Austin lifestyle. He enjoys mountain biking, snow skiing, great food, live music venues that Austin offers and spending time with his extended family and friends. Our team members are heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity and other volunteer organizations. The Home Action Team is always looking for ways to give back to the community.

Suzette Nelson - Client Care Coordinator

With over 10 years experience, Suzette has handled many aspects of the real estate industry. From office management, escrow and contract coordinator, she can tackle a multitude of tasks within. Suzette and her husband moved to Austin from California in 2003 and couldn’t imagine raising their 3 beautiful kids Ethan, Sydney and Braeden anywhere else. She volunteers her time as a co-room parent, class photographer and a tutor for the reading program at her son’s elementary school. When’s she’s not on the soccer fields or on play-dates, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym, reading and watching “chick-flicks”.

They chose Austin for its beautiful weather, outstanding schools and family atmosphere. For this, a great spring and summer outing they enjoy is watching Austin’s very own minor league baseball team, the Round Rock Express.

Christina McCormick - Executive Team Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

Christina handles many facets of our team from team management, administrative direction and marketing design and coordination, to name a few.  Having come from Santa Fe, New Mexico and living in Chicago and Atlanta, the move to Austin in 2008 with her husband and  2 delightful daughters has proven to be all that she hoped for.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, and wine tasting along with spending time with friends and family.  She also enjoys volunteering with many garden building projects in Austin and surrounding areas to help families learn about and grow fresh food. 

 Austin has become their home away from home, and they continue to explore all that the Hill Country has to offer.

Marie Reed - Contract Coordinator/Database Manager

Marie Reed has over 12 years experience and was also a former Political Liaison for Representative Michael McCaul. She has expertise in all areas of real estate and is a fantastic addition to our team. Marie is responsible for all lead qualification, managing our leads database and handles all aspects of contract to close to help all of clients move along seamlessly in the closing process. In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time with her children and her grandchild.
